The EMS shipping can be tracked and is estimated 1-2 weeks delivery time. Currently our products are shipped directly from the factory in China. This is to insure the best in quality. In some rare cases (usually for larger orders) products can be held up in customs. This process may add 2-3 days to delivery. With the tracking that comes with your package, you will be notified if this has occurred. The package will require a signature upon arriving (USPS). Keep this in mind and enter a work address if need be.

Our pipes will be shipped at a standard ground rate using the shipping method of our choice (USPS). Most items should be received in 2-5 days. If you have special instructions for shipping please add them.

Please Note: If you are purchasing a pipe with additional items you may receive two separate packages. 

Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online submissions.

Personal Information that ePipeMods May Collect Online:
When visiting the ePipeMods website and signing up for products, services or information through any website page, you may choose to supply ePipeMods with information that identifies you personally. This information may include your name and contact information, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and other information.

ePipeMods does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have personal information on a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information from our systems.

Epipemods will not retain your personal information longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

We provide links to third-party sites. Since we do not control these websites, we encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on these (and all) third-party sites.

E-mail

We use e-mail links located throughout the website to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We will use your e-mail address to respond directly to these questions or comments. ePipeMods considers e-mail transmitted through our website to be private correspondence between the sender and recipient. Therefore, we will not monitor, edit or disclose the contents of your private communications to any party outside of ePipeMods.

The e-mail addresses that you supply to use this service will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.

Except as permitted by this policy, ePipeMods does not send unsolicited e-mail.

It is our policy that all items, unless otherwise stated, carry a 6 month warranty. Due to the low cost of individual e-cig pieces, in most cases, the cost of purchasing a new piece is equivalent or lower than shipping back and replacing a defect. Therefore, only in cases of DOA (dead on arrival) will you be compensated for the shipping cost with a credit to your account. DOA requires you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Call (404) 590-Pipe (7473) and we will make arrangements for replacing your product. 

Our pipes carry a 1 year warranty on electrical components inside the pipe only. The warranty does not include batteries, chargers, or atomizers. These items come with the standard DOA and 6 month warranty.

Our pipes can be sent back for repairs outside the warranty coverage. For instance, if you drop and break your pipe, in most cases it can be repaired. If you try to repair the pipe yourself it may inhibit our ability to fix it. The repair cost for broken or damaged pipes starts at $25 and may go up in more sever cases.
